Extended Hours
Before & After School Club
St Luke’s is pleased to be able to offer additional out of hours care for the children who attend school. We have both a Breakfast and After School club, which run daily throughout the school term.
Breakfast club opens from 7:45am each day and children are provided with a healthy breakfast to ensure they are ready for the day. At breakfast club the children have the opportunity to take part in a range of activities including arts and crafts and board games. We also offer an early school drop off at 8:45am so parents are able to be at work on time in the morning.
After School Club runs from the end of the school day until 17.45pm. Children can be booked in for one of three options a full session until 17.45pm, a half session until 16:45pm or a half session after an extra-curricular club provided by school until 17.45pm. All children attending After School Club will be provided with a nutritious snack. Children are able to take part in a range of activities including board games, arts and crafts, outdoor play or they can just choose to relax and chat to their friends after a hard day at school.

Charging
Breakfast Club Charges:
Children attending from 7:45am – £3.50 per child to include breakfast.
Children attending from 8:45am – £1.50 please note this does not include breakfast.
After School Club Charges
Full Session until 17.45pm – £7.50 for the first child and £6.75 for any siblings
Half session – £5.00 for all children
Booking a place at either club.
In order to reserve a place at either club for your children parents are advised to make a booking in advance. Bookings can placed by emailing stlukes.oosc@taw.org.uk please provide your children’s names, classes and sessions you require. An email will be sent by Miss Davies, Club Manager to you acknowledging your booking request and confirming availability of sessions.
