Dear parents and carers,

Class 5 will be hosting a leaver’s picnic party on Thursday 17th July, in the Pirate Ship area of the school. The party will start at 4pm and continue to 5:30pm, giving children the chance to go home and get changed before coming back to school. 

Please note, this is NOT a prom and overly-dressy outfits may be unsuitable for the occasion. Children should wear the kinds of clothes that they feel comfortable in while they eat hot dogs, listen to music, bounce on a bouncy castle, play on the pirate ship or kick a football about.

ALL of class 5 are invited, including its year 5 members, to have a final farewell before the end of the year.  Children will be allowed to bring their phones and take photos of each other at the party. However, pupils and parents are politely reminded photos from this event should be for private use only and nothing should be posted on social media.

Please also note, the party is for children only (no parents allowed) but you will need to make sure that you come and collect them from school at 5:30pm promptly.
