At the end of the academic year in which their eleventh birthday occurs (year 6) the children transfer to secondary school. We are currently a ‘feeder’ school for Holy Trinity Multi-Faith Academy, situated in Priorslee.
The Academy provides 900 places for 11-18 year olds. It is jointly sponsored by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Shrewsbury and the Church of England Diocese of Lichfield. It includes 150 sixth-form places. The Academy will take pupils from the local area.
Details are given to you at the beginning of your child’s final academic year at St. Luke’s. Open evenings are held at all the secondary schools in the area, to which you are invited to get a ‘flavour’ of the schools. We at St. Luke‟s strongly recommend that you do select Holy Trinity Academy as your first choice secondary school.
